Same location, same camera, same subject (Mori Tower in Roppongi, where my office is located) but different lens : 24mm vs. 300mm. Now, the 300mm is not the lens I use most since it’s rather bulky and heavy, but when I have the time, I love using it as a walkaround lens, just to re-discover ...
Last strips of snow covering Fujisan are going away, soon it will be ready for climbing.
Once a year, at the Fuji Shibazakura Matsuri (富士芝桜まつり ), you can enjoy a marvellous sight : Mt. Fuji with hundreds of thousands of flowers blooming. All pictures available on my other website dedicated to travels in Japan – image-japan – along with a video and the coordinates.

The Blue Hats from BR31 !
One of the ubiquitous family restaurant in Japan (ファミレス) : Saizeriya. I actually like it, the “Italian” food they serve is simple, not too bad, and amazingly cheap. Only ¥3,000 for all you can see on the pictures, including the wine ! Quite popular for dates too :)
Love that shot, really nice atmosphere, I can feel Spring just looking at it !

Some Japanese ladies resting on a bench in a park in Tokyo. Yes, another attempt to increase my Getty sales without a model release ;-)
KDDI employee trying to find the right cable to install a fiber connection to our home. First results indicated that it worked rather nicely :
More platform shots from Tokyo.
Akihabara station always provides me with a great light for some nice platform shots !
Looks like I’m not the only one playing with a camera in Harajuku !
Haven’t done this for a few years. Time to attract some more visitors to this blog ;-)
Finally, spring is definitely here ! :)
